Description

Keystone letter to Walter Barnhart. Barnhart feels he deserves 10% of one of his sub-agents, Mr. Cooley's, commissions. Keystone tries to reason with him by explaining the situation with Cooley's proposal. Keystone is taking legal action against one of their salesmen, Mr. Atkinson and will inform Barnhart if they reach a settlement.
